The didgeridoo is a tribal instrument, made of terminated Australian eucalyptus wood (the pith being soft is eaten by termites that leave the outside intact). It is used by Australian aborigines to imitate, through continuous sound, the cosmic serpent, one of the ancestral spirits who, according to "dreamtime" mythology, at the origin of the world and in dreamtime, took both human and animal forms creating lakes, mountains, rivers along with all the physical forms and structures of the earth.
In the meeting, sitting in a circle, I will immerse you in this dimension!
At first I will play the didgeridoo and with circular breathing, after a few minutes of continuous sounding, I will begin to move in the space and come up to 10 cm from the body of all participants so as to release blocks and tensions of all kinds. In this phase just described that I call descent, the right hemisphere will be stimulated so as to amplify the subtle bodies and intercept any blockages. A second phase of stillness, will be characterized by silence and listening, in this space it will be possible to feel, dissolve and let go of everything that is ready to emerge.
Finally it will be the gentle handpan and its suave melody that will accompany us in the third phase: the ascent and to the conclusion of the meeting with brief and concise sharing.
